The Way It Works
Depending on what options you choose, you will receive 2 to 4 pounds of our unique, certified organic, heritage and ancient grains and flour once a month. You can sign up for just one month or you can subscribe for 12 months, 6 months or 3 months.
Options:
For 2 pounds a month, you pay $12/month (this includes shipping and handling).
For 4 pounds a month, you pay $18/month (this includes shipping and handling).
So for example, if you signed up for 2 pounds a month, one month you might get one pound of whole grain Prairie Farro and one pound of Black Lentils. The next month you might get one pound of Bronze Barley and one pound of fresh, stone-ground Sonora Heritage Wheat flour. Each shipment includes recipes.

All of the crops are certified organic (no chemicals are used in the production) and are not genetically-modified.
On the sidelines, we are trialing amaranth, quinoa, teff, and fonio; legumes such as dry beans and fenugreek; and a variety of other heritage and ancient wheats and barleys. Over the next few years, we hope to observe our trials, discover which do well in our environment, select the best plants, and expand our seed supply to be able to grow them on a larger scale to offer them to our CSA members.
