Farmers Market Share

We're offering a limited number of Farmers Market Shares. For those who need more flexibility during the summer and can't commit to a Vegetable CSA share, you can now support the farm through our new Farmers Market Share program.

You buy in now, which gives us much needed operating capital to buy seeds and other start-up inputs. It allows you to become more closely connected to where your food comes from, and by supporting a local farm, you are also supporting the local economy and supporting a local family and their work on the land.

The way it works is, you buy a share at $100, $200, or $300 and get to spend that any way you'd like at our Great Falls farmers market stand throughout the summer from June through September. We'll have vegetables, of course, but also whole grains, whole-wheat sourdough bread, and whatever else we might dream up between now and then.

By signing up now, you get an additional 10%. So, if you buy in at $100, you'll get an additional $10; at $200, you'll get $20; and at $300, you'll get $30 extra.

You can pay by check or through PayPal.

To pay by check (for the 2016 season), send your check (and your phone number and email address) to:

About Prairie Heritage Farm
Prairie Heritage Farm is owned, managed and wrestled with by Jacob and Courtney Cowgill -- two Montanans who came back to Central Montana three years ago to be a part of reviving local agriculture in the landscape in which they grew up. We believe that small family farms nourish not only the people who work them, but the people they feed and communities in which they live. We believe organic agriculture, diversification and a robust local food system are good for the health of our farm, our customers, ourselves and our planet.

We are so thankful for your support and we look forward to serving you healthy, organic food.

Warmly,
Jacob and Courtney Cowgill
